Grocers Supply owns and operates a number of distribution facilities providing a broad assortment of merchandise to supermarkets, drug stores, mass merchandisers, and convenience stores throughout Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Grocers Supply Institutional and Convenience (G.S.I.C.) a wholly owned subsidiary of Grocers Supply and distributes merchandise to Convenience and Drug Stores throughout the state of Texas.

G.S.I.C., enjoys a unique position in the convenience store wholesale business. Our association with Grocers supermarket division allows us to access supermarket velocity pricing on a variety of items "important to" convenience stores, whose convenience store velocity historically mandates a higher acquisition cost.

This lower cost combined with truckload velocity categories in convenience stores such as cigarettes, candy, and beverages, helps round out an overall assortment at advantageous prices.

The operating expense of convenience stores distribution business remains below industry average due in large part to the economies of scale provided by our association with all of the Grocers Supply subsidiaries.

We are a vital source of supply to 1,200 retail stores in Texas.
