Houston Operations will be operational tomorrow, Monday 8/28/17. Employees able to report for work safely can do so. Please contact your management if you are in need of transportation assistance. See further details below.

Grocers Supply Operations for 8/28/17
Office support:
- Holcombe main office and Shell office will remain closed however some employees will be required to work remotely.
Warehouse:
GDC – Monday – 8/28/17
- Shipping will be open and start at 9:30am
- Receiving 1st shift will be open and start at 8:00am
- Receiving 3rd shift will be open and start at 9:00pm
- All other 3rd shift functions will be open and start at 11:00pm
- International will be open and start at 11:00pm
- TCI 1st shift will be open and start at 8:00am
- TCI 2nd shift will be open and start at 2:00pm
PDC / Produce / Meat – Monday – 8/28/17
- Shipping will be open and start at your “Normal” time
- Receiving will be open and start at 7:00am
Corder – Monday – 8/28/17
- Shipping will be open and start at 9:00am
- Receiving will be open and start at 9:00am
Outside Storage – Monday – 8/28/17
- Will be open and start at 9:00am
Coppell – Monday – 8/28/17
Hostlers will be contacted by their Supervisor for start times
Facility Maintenance:

Management will be making contact to employees needed to help support the operation with further details
Transportation/ Garage:
- Houston
- Dispatch begins at 0700 with previous days business. This will be assigned via phone confirmation this evening
- All other drivers are scheduled to call dispatch at the assigned time for same day dispatch
- We will dispatch loads based upon load availability throughout the day/night
- Fleet maintenance employees should report no earlier than 7:30 am
- Irving
- We will not have AM delivery loads Monday, however all employees are scheduled to arrive Monday morning based upon assignment by your Supervisor
- Harlingen
- We will not have AM delivery loads Monday, however all employees are scheduled to arrive Monday morning based upon assignment by your Supervisor
- Coppell
- Will dispatch as normal for Monday AM
- All drivers are to communicate with dispatch for schedule updates and we expect to ship as normal by Tuesday AM.
