If you have technical problems attempting to use or using the system, send an email to GBSystems@grocerybiz.com.
They have a 3 hour or less call turnaround standard. If you problem is more urgent, call your buyer and
they will get the appropriate technical resource to address the problem.

Right Side of Page Test Overrun |
We have reports that some people are experiencing a problem with page text running past the viewable
area of the screen requiring you to scroll to the right. Please consult the "Instructions"
link on the Vendor View page in the Header section of that page. There is a
step-by-step process to adjust your screen resolution to help reduce or eliminate the need for scrolling
to the right to see the full text of a page.

Group Buy System was closed temporarily on
Thursday for an emergency fix and is planned to reopen by Noon on Monday, July 30, 2007, to accept the
entry of your deal sheets.

Group Buy System is doing a parallel
test starting on July 24, 2007. Vendors will be entering the same deal sheets they created for Group Buy
'I" into the new system.

Training sessions
have been held over the past several months. The last scheduled training session was held on July 23,
2007. If you require training beyond the material provided in the Training Guide, please contact your
Buyer.
