SUGGEST BOOK ID ASSIGNMENT

Buyers may make Book Id assignment recommendations on a deal sheet. Typically, this is done for the Non Managed Funds Vendors deal sheets. The recommendation is not a final Book Id assignment but may well be used as the final assignment by the Group Buy Team. 

Step 1 is to click on the Recommend Books maintenance link in the Item section of the Buyer View of the deal sheet.

Step 2 is the Item Selection page. If there are no changes, click the Enter to Proceed button. 

Step 3 is the selection of the TPR and GB (Group Buy) Book Id recommendations from the drop down lists provided for global or individual item levels. Book Id recommendations made at the top of the page are global in that they apply to all items in the deal sheet. Alternatively, Book Id recommendations can be made at the individual Item level as an override or in lieu of using the global level of selection. 

Simply click the selection box down arrow and make you selection for the list of Book Ids in the drop-down list. 

Click the Buyer View button at the bottom of the page to return to the Buyer View page when you have completed your Book Id recommendations.
