SEARCHING THE DEAL SHEET FILES

You have numerous options and combinations of options for searching the deal database. You may search on partial text or full text. The search engine is a Google type of search meaning you may have more success by starting your search with fewer criteria and narrow the field based on that results. However, when you have the specifics of the deal for which you are searching, enter as much information as you have.

The three (3) buttons that control the Search process are: Search (launch the search); Reset (clear search criteria); Close (leave the Search page and return to the Menu Options page).

The Search control link allows the vendor to search the Deal Sheet files in a number of ways to research deal information including:

  • (Item) Description
  • Item/UPC No.
    • ITM (indicates a search on Item Number)
    • UPC (indicates a search on UPC Number)
  • Buyer
  • Vendor
  • Specify a Date Range
  • Item Pack size
  • Item Size
  • Deal No.
  • Deal Name

Whether searching for a very specific piece of information or searching more broadly, simply key the information you are seeking into the appropriate box and click the SEARCH button.

Click the RESET button to clear your previous search entries so you can enter another search.

Click the Close button to close out the Search and return to the Menu page.
