VENDOR MENU

The Vendor Menu is the start point for all deal sheet activity. The sample below gives you an annotated picture of the Menu page.

The Menu page has a consistent format. All menu options selected present this same format. The left column presents the options available for selection. The right side of the page presents a report of deal sheet status. The specific report presented will vary depending your actions and selection of various reports. When first landing on the page the Deals Not Sent to Grocers Supply will be displayed.

The most frequently used menu option is Deal Sheet Entry. The other options are used in support of your management of previously entered deal sheets to do the following:

• Deal Sheet Maintenance (make changes to the deal sheet)
• Complete Selected Deals (mark the deal as complete and submit it for Buyer Approval)
• Delete Deals (delete a deal)
• Print Deals (either print and/or save a digital copy of the deal sheet in Adobe PDF format)
• Deal Search (search the deal file based on specific search criteria)
• Any of the eleven (11) Report options

When you are ready to create a new deal sheet, click Deal Sheet Entry.
