PRINT DEALS

The Print Deals option allows you to print one, many or all deals using the convenient selection buttons under the Print Deals report. The deal sheets will be converted into an Adobe PDF format that can be printed or saved as a file on your computer.

Step 1 for printing the current or many deal sheets is to click on the Print Deal Sheet control link. 

Step 2 for printing is to select the deal or deals you wish to print and clicking the appropriate control button. The Print All Deals button allows you to print all of the deals shown in under the Print Deals list without having to click on the selection boxes to the left of the deal identification line. 

The Print Selected Deals button will cause the printing of only those deals that are checked (clicked) in the selection box to the left of the deal identification line. 

Step 3, the system formats the deal sheet into Adobe PDF format, about 2 seconds. This is just an informational message to let you know the system is working on your print request.

Step 4 is the display of the deal sheet or sheets you requested. The deal sheets are displayed in PDF format and can be printed or saved to a location of your choice. When multiple pages are selected, you can scroll down this page to view each deal sheet. 

Printing or saving the deal sheet only requires using the standard save and print functions as a part of Adobe Acrobat, see examples in the above page clip. You may print multiple copies if desired or save the file to multiple locations. When you are finished printing the deal sheet, just exit the page using the icons as highlighted by the callout box on the example above.
