COMBO (COMBINED DEALS) MAINTENANCEDeals that have been combined may require change. The Combo Maintenance option presents a list of the deal sheets that have been combined by the Group Buy Team. The deal sheets that appear on this list are the "parent" deals. Parent deal sheets are defined as the primary deal under which other deals with like product are included. These are referred to as the "children" deals in the Group Buy System. You will see this terminology used on the pages used to create and manage the combined deals. Step 1 is to click on the Deal Maintenance menu option to expand the other options within. Then click on the Combo Deal Sheet Maintenance option and the Combo Deal Maintenance list will be presented when any combined deal sheets are present. The parent deal sheets are the ones shown in the list. Step 2 is to review the Combined Deal View page and determine which section of the deal sheet requires change and then use the Maintenance links in the right margin of each section to make your changes. This is the same process that is used for maintaining other deal sheets (refer to Common Functions on the Group Buy Guide page for an explanation of this function). Step 3 is optional. The Children deals are hyperlinked for access to the individual deal sheets for viewing or changes as may be needed. Click on the deal line you wish to open and then take the actions necessary on that deal. When your review or changes have been completed, you may use the Control Links at the top of this page for your next action. |
