REOPEN FINALIZED DEAL SHEET

A finalized deal sheet is defined as a deal that has been completed by the Group Buy Team. There may be circumstances where a last minute change requires the reopening of a finalized deal. The Group Buy Team is the only authority that can reopen a finalized deal sheet. Once the finalized deal sheet is reopened it is place in the Submitted for Group Buy Approval status and is available for what ever action is necessary by the Group Buy Team. 

Click the Re-open Finalized Deal option on the Menu page and the list of Group Buy Team Approved Deals will appear in the Re-Open Deal list. Click on the deal sheet to be reopened.

The system issues a Warning message to guard against inadvertent reopening of a finalized deal. Just click Yes to continue or no to abandon the reopen process..

The previously Finalized deal has now been restored to the Submitted for Group Buy Approval status and is available for whatever action is necessary for a deal sheet in this status.
